ONGOING SUPPORT FOR A LIVE GAME
Keep improving the game after the first fix ships.
Monthly product and LiveOps support within an agreed scope, cadence, set of games, meetings, and responsibilities.
WHEN IT FITS
Use this when the next decision needs to be clearer.
- The game is live and the team needs a regular product and data review cadence.
- Progression, economy, rewards, events, and feature releases need to be checked together.
- The studio needs experienced product support without adding a full-time role.
WHAT WE AUDIT OR DESIGN
The work stays tied to the decision.
- Monthly KPIs, progression health, difficulty, reward and economy signals, LiveOps results, and player feedback.
- Upcoming features and events before development time is committed.
- What changed after each release and what the team should do next.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Your team gets clear instructions.
- A regular game-health and KPI readout.
- A ranked list of product, balance, economy, and LiveOps decisions.
- Feature and event reviews before and after release.
- Working sessions with product, design, analytics, and development as agreed.
What we need from you
Access to the game, regular telemetry or exports, the release calendar, roadmap context, and a client-side owner who can make or route decisions.
How the work is measured
We maintain a small set of primary KPIs and guardrails, then compare each meaningful release against the right baseline and reporting period. We do not treat every short-term movement as a win.
RELEVANT WORK

QUESTIONS BEFORE STARTING
What teams usually ask.
Is this a monthly retainer?
Yes. Before starting, we agree on the monthly scope, cadence, games, meetings, responsibilities, expected work, and minimum term.
Can one retainer cover several games?
It can, if the available time and review depth are realistic. We price the scope after seeing the portfolio and reporting needs.
Do you run the LiveOps calendar?
We can help plan and review it. Ownership of production, publishing, and implementation stays with the client unless a different scope is agreed.
What if the monthly work grows beyond the agreed scope?
We discuss the extra work before starting it and either adjust the retainer or quote it separately.
